About
Are you experiencing difficulty in keeping and developing good, solid relationships with those you love? Has anyone in your family deployed overseas only to return with some form of combat stress - and can't seem to shake it? Perhaps you or someone close is feeling anxious or depressed about life and can't seem to come out of it on their own. It is more than possible to get past those disturbing thoughts and feelings and enjoy life again!
Our practice focuses primarily on promoting healthy relationships for individuals, couples, & families. If you are experiencing personal conflict with post-deployment experiences, we specialize in trauma recovery work and have treated hundreds of service & family members plagued by the effects of posttraumatic stress (PTS) symptoms with therapy tailored to the individual.
“Complex PTSD” can arise if you have experienced repeated trauma, neglect and abuse. It is very important to work with a trauma therapist
who knows how to adapt EMDR and therapy to your specific needs. Treating CPTSD is a specialty of our practice.
Person of faith? Per your request, we can offer a spiritual perspective along with a warm, personable approach.
What is EMDR?
